What Is CBD?
Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a naturally-occurring constituent of industrial hemp (cannabis sativa) plants. It is the most abundant non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis and is being scientifically investigated for numerous reasons.
Most people have heard of a cannabinoid called THC, which is the ingredient in cannabis that gets users high. Unlike THC, CBD (cannabidiol) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid and does not cause a high. This quality , of zero high, makes CBD an appealing option, without the mind-altering effects of marijuana or certain pharmaceutical drugs.
CBD is made by extracting CBD from the cannabis or hemp plant. We then infuse the CBD with our organic and proprietary base blends, for topical products or supplements.
There are many studies and research, being done, that show the multitude of benefits and uses for CBD.
